IOS - Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a ReplyRush Account and Connecting Your Instagram for Auto DM

Learn how to set up your ReplyRush account and seamlessly connect your Instagram profile to enable automated direct messaging (Auto DM). This step-by-step guide will walk you through the entire process, from signing up to configuring your Auto DM settings, so you can start engaging with your audience.
1. Open Appstore and search "ReplyRush"
Visit App Store and search Replyrush to install app in Iphone.
2. Launch the "ReplyRush AutoDM" Application
Begin by opening the "ReplyRush AutoDM for Instagram" application on your device. Locate the app icon on your home screen or app drawer and tap to launch it. and click on "Next" button to go forward.
3. Click on "Sign Up"
Click on Sign Up to create your ReplyRush account in just a few steps.
4. Enter your First Name
5. Enter your Last Name
6. Enter your Instagram Username
7. Enter your email address
Write your correct email address
8. Click on Select Industry
Select Industry that suites your business profile.
9. Click on Select Country
Select country of your origin.
Enter your Account Password
Your password must include a combination of capital letters, small letters, numbers, and special characters , and it must be at least 8 characters long .
12. Click on "Get Started" to begin the registration process for your ReplyRush account.
⚠️ Enter the OTP
Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) received on your registered email address to verify and activate your account.
13. Click on Verify OTP to initiate verification and activate your account.
⚠️ Instagram Permissions
To enable Auto DM on Instagram, ReplyRush requires permission to access your account. Please connect your Instagram account so ReplyRush can grant the necessary permissions for Auto DMs.
Note: You can revoke these permissions at any time by changing your password and removing the app from your settings.
14. Click on Connect With Instagram
Click on the "Connect With Instagram" button to link your Instagram account and enable Auto DM functionality. Either you can connect with Facebook.
15. Write Instagram Username
16. Write Instagram Password
17. Click on Log in
Click on "Log In" to sign in to your Instagram account and proceed with the connection process.
18. Click on "Save info"
19. Click on Allow
Click on "Allow" to grant Instagram permissions to ReplyRush. This step ensures that Auto DM can function properly by accessing the necessary features of your Instagram account.
20. Click on "Continue"
Congratulations! Your Instagram account is now successfully connected to ReplyRush. Click on "Continue" to proceed further and set up your Auto DM campaign.
21. Open "Posts & Reels"
After click on continue , redirected to home screen "Posts and Reels" to view and manage your Instagram posts and reels.
22. Click on Link
Select the Post you want to use for Auto DM, then click on "Post/Reel" to start setting up your Auto DM.
23. Select Trigger Type
Select the Trigger Type to initialize your Auto DM:
Choose "Keyword" to send Auto DMs based on specific keywords in comments.
Choose "All Comments" to send Auto DMs for any comments on your post.
This step ensures your Auto DM responds according to your preferred criteria.
24. Select Template Type
Select the Template Type to initialize your Auto DM:
Choose "Media Template" to send Product image with purchase link or website link etc.
Choose "Message" to send plain simple text message in DMs.
This step ensures your select which type of message you want to send to commented users DM.
25. Click on Save
Click on "Save" to activate Auto DM for that post. Once set up, whenever someone comments on the post, the trigger will initialize, and the commented user will receive an instant Direct Message (DM) based on your configured settings.
26. Click on Chart
You can track the number of DMs sent and check your remaining limit directly from the dashboard .
